Rec Center Dances and Events
Please note that if you are registering for our dances you WILL NOT be on our list until you complete payment for the dance. Registering your household on our website does not put your name on the list of attendees for our dances, nor does it reserve you a spot.
Dance Rules
1. Events are for Cohasset residents in grades four through eight only.
2. Dances are 2 to 2.5 hours. No student may leave early unless accompanied by a parent. Re-admittance is not allowed unless parent is present.
3. Tobacco, alcohol, weapons, and illegal substances will not be tolerated. Any student found to be in possession of these items will be turned over to the police immediately and parents will be notified.
4. Excessively rowdy behavior is not allowed. Depending on the severity of the offence students will receive a series of warnings to cease disruptive behavior. If the behavior continues parents will be contacted and asked to pick children up.
5. Food and drink is permitted in the entry area only, please do not bring refreshments onto the dance floor.
