CPR
Training or retraining should be a habit, and National CPR & AED Awareness Week is an annual reminder to make sure people are prepared. You make time to get your oil changed, get an annual exam and change the batteries on your home fire alarms. Make time to learn CPR or update your skills so you can protect yourself and your family.
The more you practice CPR, the more automatic the skill will become – that way, if you are faced with an emergency, you will feel confident and know what to do.
Sudden Cardiac Arrest claims too many lives each year. We are asking everyone to get trained in CPR.
