Rockets and Space Flight

To future explorers: We are pleased to offer the opportunity to experience a space odyssey right here in Cohasset. On this journey you will learn about flying both in and out of earth’s atmosphere, what it’s like to live and work in space, and see how rockets work from the ground up by building and flying your own. There will be videotape presentations and awards during the five day program. Two different hands-on activities per day. An exciting program for future space explorers. Build and launch your own individual and reusable rocket! Rockets will fly as high as 1,000 feet – or more! Parents and siblings are invited to the launch at 2:00 PM on Friday.
