Adult yoga class.
Express Power Blast:
Is a total body conditioning class that will include strength training with intense plyometrics and weights.  Focus on core, legs and arms while getting a great cardio workout.  Required equipment: yoga mat and set of weights.

General Information
  • 45 Minute intense workout.
  • 1 minute interval of Plyometric exercises, w/20 second break in between.
  • Will work core, legs & arms.
  • Yoga Mat & 2 Weights 8-10 pounds required.
