Express Power Blast:
Is a total body conditioning class that will include strength training with intense plyometrics and weights. Focus on core, legs and arms while getting a great cardio workout. Required equipment: yoga mat and set of weights.
45 Minute intense workout.
1 minute interval of Plyometric exercises, w/20 second break in between.
Will work core, legs & arms.
Yoga Mat & 2 Weights 8-10 pounds required.
