Each player should be equipped with all necessary Lacrosse equipment including a MOUTHGUARD (helmet, gloves, shoulder pads, elbow pads and a cup). Each player should also bring adequate water to last them the duration
Each day will consist of a brief warm up/stretch, warm up line drills, ground ball drills, 1 on 1 practice, position specific instruction and drills, etc. and will finish with a scrimmage.
