Yoga Information and Tips
All classes are beginner friendly with many pose options and modifications taught. Yoga is best practiced with bare feet and 1.5 hours after eating a light, healthy, balanced meal or snack. This habit will allow you to feel energized and comfortable during your practice. Wear comfortable, stretchy, layered clothing that allows for free movement.
