Yoga Information and Tips
All classes are beginner friendly with many pose options and modifications taught. Yoga is best practiced with bare feet and 1.5 hours after eating a light, healthy, balanced meal or snack. This habit will allow you to feel energized and comfortable during your practice. Wear comfortable, stretchy, layered clothing that allows for free movement. Therapeautic Flow Yoga
Breathe, twist and flow your way through the seasonal shifts of Spring in this therapeutic, multi-level flow yoga class. We will occasionally use props like: foam rollers, therapeutic balls or straps to compliment the practice. Bring your mat and water. Enjoy soothing music and healing essential oils during class.
Peace on the Beach
Come enjoy Peace on the Beach during this beginner friendly yoga flow class. Enjoy sun salutations and soothing flow sequences to the rhythm of the waves. Open up your body to prepare for whatever your summer weekend brings! Bring your own mat, water, sunglasses, sunscreen and sense of playfulness as we joyfully greet the Saturday summer morning!
