Join certified Yoga Therapist, Amy Di Lillo, this Winter to roll and flow away your stress, breathe more deeply, and boost your immune system! Each session will focus on unique yogic and therapeutic ways to open your body and reset your nervous system using therapeutic tools and yogic practices. This series is beginner friendly and will leave you feeling refreshed and inspired to try a few techniques each day!
