New Body Conditioning class. Real woman, real workout. Want to get your body in shape for the good weather? Come in for an hour of cardio warm-up, intense Plyometric and weight stations. Finish with a 10 minute run to cool down while burning fat. Focus on all body parts: arms, legs, butts, abs and overall attitude. Feel better in 60 minutes.
